This document sets out the terms governing your use of the y10 platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any y10 services.
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the y10 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, along with y10's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. If you do not meet this minimum age requirement or do not agree to any of the terms stated herein, you are not permitted to use the y10 platform. y10 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y10 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Each user is only permitted to register one personal account on the y10 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms, and y10 reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the y10 support team immediately.
Y10 uses SSL encryption to protect user data in transit. That said, you are also responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the platform is secure and free from malware.
As a user of the y10 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Y10 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, balance holds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
All financial transactions on the y10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers to local Malaysian banking institutions.
Every deposit is subject to the minimum limit set by y10 and may also be subject to limits imposed by your payment service provider. Balances credited to your y10 account are non-transferable to other users and may only be used for betting or gaming purposes on this platform.
For withdrawal requests, y10 will process payments to a Malaysian local bank account registered in the same name as the y10 account holder. y10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding specified limits.
Any taxes or service charges that may be levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility. y10 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our control, including disruptions to banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Y10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, y10 is under no obligation to return any balance remaining in that account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the y10 support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in effect at the time.
Y10 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. y10 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity.
All content on the y10 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of y10 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from y10.
The y10 platform may use third-party services to process payments or provide certain features. y10 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of those third parties. Any disputes arising from the use of third-party services are solely between you and the relevant third party.
Y10 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the last change was made. You are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
